Rental Information

Before Delivery:

On delivery day, please ensure that:

No vehicles or locked gates block our access to the drop spot.
There are no low tree branches or power lines above the drop spot.
The drop spot is not on an incline or an uneven surface.

If these conditions aren’t met, we cannot deliver your dumpster and you’ll be charged a trip fee.

Ready for Pickup:

Before we arrive for pickup, please ensure that:

No vehicles or locked gates block our access to the dumpster.
Your dumpster does not contain prohibited items.
No debris is piled above the top of the dumpster or hanging over the sides.
Your dumpster does not contain heavy debris like brick or concrete unless specified on your invoice.

If these conditions aren’t met, we cannot pick up your dumpster and you’ll be charged a trip fee.

They helped make the stressful moving experience much better.
